About the event
Stu Larsen returns for his first Australian tour since 2018, bringing with him his new album, Solitude.
Written over 12 months in 12 locations around the world, Solitude is the result of Larsen’s search for silence and stillness in an increasingly restless world. Rather than escaping life, the album reflects a conscious decision to slow down and truly notice it.
Armed with little more than a guitar, a handful of cameras, and simple recording equipment, Larsen retreated to remote corners of the globe to write and record. The project became a year-long journey into the unknown—both geographically and personally.
Through this process, he rediscovered the creative power of disconnection: stepping away from constant noise to allow thoughts and emotions to surface without distraction.
Solitude will be released on Friday, 19 June 2026.
